Retail delivery is offered within the United States. International hospitality inquiries are reviewed individually through support@jesicabrianna.store; international checkout is not enabled.

Order processing

Our standard target is dispatch within 5–10 business days unless a different lead time is disclosed and accepted for your product. Processing is separate from carrier transit time. Contact support for a date-sensitive order; expedited or overnight service is not currently offered. If we cannot meet the promised shipment date, we will seek your consent to a revised date or offer cancellation and a refund for unshipped merchandise.

Shipping costs and tracking

Shipping costs and available delivery services must appear at checkout before payment. If a shipping quote is unavailable, checkout remains unavailable; contact support for a quote rather than submitting a payment. We will provide tracking when a shipment is dispatched. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays may occur.

Address changes and delivery issues

Review your delivery address carefully. Contact support promptly for changes before dispatch; changes after dispatch may not be possible. Report missing, damaged or incorrect parcels so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Do not discard packaging for damaged parcels until support has reviewed the issue.
