Using our store

You must be an adult or have a parent or guardian’s consent to use this store. Provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use the website only for ordinary shopping and lawful communications. Abusive activity, fraud, unauthorized access and interference with the website are prohibited.

Products and orders

Descriptions, selected finishes and prices are shown on product pages. Screen colors and normal ceramic variation can affect appearance. Product photographs may show a representative finish; rely on the finish named in your selected item. Prices are in USD. Taxes, shipping and the final total must be displayed before any payment. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt, not acceptance; acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment. If an item or price is incorrect or an item is unavailable, we will contact you before substituting an item or charging a revised amount. You may decline and receive a refund for an unfulfilled order.

Payments and delivery

Only payment methods actually displayed by our connected payment processor at checkout are accepted. We never ask you to email card numbers. Delivery estimates, shipping charges and destinations are governed by our Shipping Policy. If shipment is delayed beyond the promised time, we will request consent to the delay or offer cancellation and a refund for unshipped goods.

Returns and consumer rights

Our Returns & After-Sales Policy explains return eligibility and applicable fees. Nothing here limits mandatory rights concerning defective, misdescribed or undelivered goods. Contact us promptly about an order issue.
